ABOUT ME
Dr. Aman Kwatra (C. Psychol., Ps.S.I)
My name is Aman Kwatra, and I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist (registered with the Psychological Society of Ireland and the British Psychological Society) and a Classicist based in Dublin.
I am a "brain-savvy" psychologist and my work is strongly grounded in Attachment-Science, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Interpersonal Neurobiology. There is also plenty of space in my work with my clients for bringing healing and growth through art, stories, imagination, dreams, dance, mythology, magic and mystery.
At the moment, I am fully booked, and thus unable to take on new private clients.

I have previously worked in primary and secondary mental health settings and have a diverse range of experience working in public healthcare services and with private institutions. I also have research and professional background in International Relations, Post-War Recovery, and Conflict Resolution. I embrace multiculturalism, and welcome clients from all walks of life.

I work with clients across the lifespan, especially with persons who need support in working through adverse childhood experiences, complex trauma, depression, anxiety and experiences of sexual abuse. Additionally, I also work long-term with clients aiming at self-discovery and self-actualization.
